You can reach gate ...

...by car: Motorway Munich-Nuremberg A9, exit "Garching Nord" in the direction to the research institutes. At the first traffic signal, left toward Freising; at the next traffic signal, right; and after 20 m (about 22 yds) left into the car park / parking lot.

...by public transport: The U-Bahn (underground) line U6 connects Garching-Forschungszentrum with the Munich city center. At the station Garching-Forschungszentrum please take the exit "Lichtenbergstrasse" and turn left at the end of the street. Follow the Lichtenbergstrasse straight shortly before the traffic light and turn right over the parking space to the gate (walking distance ca 8 minutes).
